Trulia & Zillow also gives consumers search options although they are not as up to date. As Husband & Wife, we work as a team. Jim is the negotiator and works mainly with buyers, he handles  the purchase contract, arrange financing, with our partner, Tina Ferguson,  oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. Mariann is the marketing expert and handles the listing & marketing of your home. You will get weekly reports from the internet sites. You will get weekly feedback from Mariann on the showings that took place. As a certified stager, Mariann can offer a complimentary consultation once the home is listed with us and she assists in "Staging to Sell"  We can take care of everything you need, from start to close.
